Discover the ESSAI Conference at the European Cyber Week<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The European Symposium on Security and AI (ESSAI) will hold its second edition within the European Cyber Week<\/a> (ECW) on November 19, 2026.

This event, co-organized by AMIAD<\/a><\/strong> (Agence Minist\u00e9rielle de l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle de D\u00e9fense) and Inria<\/a><\/strong> (French national institute of research in digital science and technology), feature a program of two themed sessions focusing on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd34 The use of agentic AI for cybersecurity<\/strong>, covering both the offensive potential as well as the defensive impact of AI. This session provides an overview of the ongoing paradigm shift represented by these technologies when applied to such a critical field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd34 AI security<\/strong>, that covers the intrinsic vulnerabilities of AI. This session will review the evolving risks linked to the widespread adoption of these systems across all sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will attend presentations given by national and international researchers whose work has been accepted at leading artificial intelligence and security conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


This deliberately interdisciplinary symposium will highlight a variety of fields of application, covering, among other topics, the challenges of artificial intelligence applied to defense, media, and cybersecurity. It offers participants a more complete and diversified understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le European Symposium on Security and AI (ESSAI) tient sa seconde \u00e9dition lors l\u2019European Cyber Week<\/a> (ECW) le 19 novembre 2026.

Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement, co-organis\u00e9 par l\u2019AMIAD<\/a><\/strong> (Agence Minist\u00e9rielle de l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle de D\u00e9fense) et l\u2019Inria<\/a><\/strong> (Institut national de la recherche en sciences et technologies du num\u00e9rique), propose un programme de deux sessions th\u00e9matiques ax\u00e9es sur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd34 L’utilisation de l’IA agentique en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, qui traite \u00e0 la fois du potentiel offensif et de l’impact d\u00e9fensif de l’IA. Cette session, ancr\u00e9e dans l’actualit\u00e9, permet de suivre l’\u00e9tat actuel du changement de paradigme que r\u00e9pr\u00e9sente ces technologies appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 un domaine aussi crucial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd34 La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’IA<\/strong>, qui traite des vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s intrins\u00e8ques de l’IA. Cette session permettra de suivre l’\u00e9tat des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l’utilisation de ces syst\u00e8mes de plus en plus pr\u00e9sents dans tous les domaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les participants assisteront \u00e0 des pr\u00e9sentations donn\u00e9es par des scientifiques nationaux et internationaux, dont les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9s dans des conf\u00e9rences de premier plan en intelligence artificielle et en s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Ce symposium, volontairement interdisciplinaire, met en lumi\u00e8re une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de domaines d\u2019application, couvrant entre autres les enjeux de l\u2019intelligence artificielle appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense, les m\u00e9dias ou la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Il offre ainsi aux participants une compr\u00e9hension plus compl\u00e8te et diversifi\u00e9e des d\u00e9fis et des opportunit\u00e9s dans ces domaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
